Clap Your Hands

Musical activities: Stand. Sing a cappella, or turn on Sing along, and dance with each child. Turn during each refrain (“la, la, la”). Replace “clap” with a new large movement variation each time. Turn during each refrain to reflect verse-refrain musical form. Use variations to highlight dynamics. (Ex: Stomp with loud voice, tip-toe with soft voice)
