Playin’ on My Drum

Musical activities: Set up for a group activity. Distribute drums with head side up on floor. Turn on  Tap each child’s drum to the beat, encouraging imitation. Tap to the beat gently on the baby’s body as they explore the drum. Extend: tickle the top surface (drum head), play Peek-a-Boo, make the drum jump. Collect drums.
